The business and affairs of the Club shall be managed by a board of nine Directors, each of whom must be a Member in good standing. The Board of Directors shall have full charge of the property and business of the Club with full power and authority to manage and conduct the same, subject to the instructions of the Membership.

 

Stay informed! Member meetings are always scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month (except no member meetings in December) at 7:00pm at the Skybox Grill at Hotel VQ (details below). Colorado Region Board meetings are also open to the public, held on the first Tuesday of the month at the Breckenridge Brewery (details below) also starting at 7:00pm.
